Dr. Moisey Fazylov is a board-eligible periodontist specializing in the treatment of periodontal disease, implant dentistry, and advanced surgical procedures to restore and maintain oral health. Educational Background & Training

Dr. Fazylov earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2020, following a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Hunter College. He completed a General Practice Residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, NY, gaining broad experience in restorative, surgical, and emergency dental care.

To further his expertise, Dr. Fazylov completed a Periodontal Residency in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. His advanced training included the diagnosis and management of periodontal diseases, soft and hard tissue regeneration, implant placement, sinus lift procedures, and complex full-mouth rehabilitation. He also developed proficiency in digital workflows and guided surgery techniques.
